Best In Texas Music Marketing is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shane Media Services, Houston, Texas, with a mission to support Texas and Red Dirt (Oklahoma) music for its artists, its radio stations and its fans through information and promotional activities including the Websites www.TexasMusicChart.com and www.BestInTexasOnline.com

We may collect personal information online, including names, postal addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and dates of birth for contests and communications. FOR ALL VISITORS TO OUR SITES

If you sign up for the “What’s Happening” or other newsletters and e-blasts from our Websites, we will collect your email address to fulfill your request. We will not share your email address with third parties other than a service provider that mails the newsletters for us. To unsubscribe to newsletters or e-blasts, follow the unsubscribe link that appears at the end of each message.

If you enter a contest on the “Contest” page of our Websites, we will collect your name, email address, postal address and telephone number (so we may contact winners). In some situations, for example, a contest or promotion sponsored by an alcoholic beverage company, we may also ask for date of birth so that the advertiser complies with existing law.

We use PayPal for subscription orders, for billing to advertisers who request it, and other transactions that require credit card payment. PayPal’s encryption is an additional privacy safeguard.
